- Cloud Hands, Tiger embraces head, various QiGong exercises – warm ups
- Circular Push Hands – Pushing Hands (Tui Shou)
- Step Back to Repulse the Monkey – Application (San Shou)
- Short Form square / Short Form round – Solo/Group Practise – Hand Form (Tao Chuan)
- Short Form Square as a group up to the Separate Hands – Hand Form (Tao Chuan)
