Nei Kung Internal Strength is the final section of our syllabus. This is a series of 12 yin and 12 yang exercises designed to increase our internal strength capabilities and enhance power.

12 Yin Exercises

  • Golden dragon coiled around a pillar – (41)
  • White horse pounds it’s hoof – (41)

  • Ng Kong chopping trees / Wu Gang chopping laurels – (111)
  • A rhinocerous facing the moon – (2 mins)
  • Reclining tiger stretching it’s waist – (111)
